At Leatt, we are committed to your satisfaction and safety on the track or trail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and has not been used for riding.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
